  I just had a great experience with 1st City Van Hire. I was let down by Europcar down the road (avoid avoid avoid) having reserved a van which wasn’t there/available upon collection. Called nearby 1st City and spoke with Aran, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Rented a medium van from them for a day. It drove beautifully and was perfect for my house move. Drop off was easy too and Ben even ferried me over a particularly massive puddle that had formed to help me exit with dry feet!   My dad has been using these guys for years and for good reason. I recently had to pick up two motorbikes, one from wales and another from bath. I spoke with the guys over the phone and they recommended me the fiat mid sized van. When I got there to pick up the van the service was polite and the process was quick, they even lent me a ramp to make it easier getting the bike in and out easier.
